Job Description – Duty Medical Officer (DMO) Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh Qualification: MBBS with Valid Medical Registration Experience: 3+ Years Key Responsibilities Provide primary medical care and clinical assessment to patients. Attend OPD/IPD patients and manage emergency cases as per hospital protocols. Diagnose illnesses and recommend appropriate treatment plans. Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records. Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments for patient care. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical guidelines, and statutory regulations. Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests when required. Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment plans and preventive healthcare. Maintain proper documentation of patient history, diagnosis, treatment, and discharge summaries. Requirements MBBS from a recognized medical institution. Valid State Medical Council/NMC Registration. Minimum 3 years of clinical experience. Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills. Ability to work in rotational shifts and emergency situations.
