For Doctors:

Personal & Contact Information: Your full name, email address, phone number, country, and city.
Professional Profile Data: Your specialty, years of experience, bio, profile picture (avatar), work history, education, skills, languages spoken, certifications, salary expectations, and willingness to relocate.
Activity Data: Jobs you apply for, jobs you save for later, and employers you interact with.

For Employers:

Business & Contact Information: Your business name, business type, full name, email address, phone number, country, city, and business address.
Job Postings: Details of the jobs you post, including title, description, requirements, and salary.
Activity Data: Doctors you view, save, or contact, and applications you manage.

For All Users:

Technical Data: We automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data (like pages visited and features used) through cookies and similar technologies for analytics and security purposes.
Payment Information: When you purchase a plan, our payment processors (Razorpay and PayPal) collect your payment details. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers; we only store a record of the transaction.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate, improve, and secure our platform. Key uses include:

To Provide the Core Service: To create and maintain your account, and to enable the core functionality of connecting Doctors with Employers.
To Facilitate Matching: To recommend jobs to Doctors and doctors to Employers based on skills, location, and other profile data.
Communication: To send you transactional emails (like welcome messages and password resets), application status updates, and notifications about platform activity. You can manage your notification preferences in your settings.
Payments: To process payments for subscription plans and other services.
Analytics & Improvement: To understand how our platform is used, identify trends, and improve our services.
Security: To prevent fraud, secure our platform, and enforce our terms.

3. How We Share Your Information

Your information is shared in specific ways to make Niro work. We do not sell your personal data.

Doctor Profiles to Employers: Your professional profile (including your name, experience, skills, and bio) is visible to registered Employers. Employers with an active, paid plan can view your full profile and contact details.
Employer Information to Doctors: When you apply for a job, your application and profile are shared with that specific Employer. Job postings and basic employer profiles are visible to Doctors.
Service Providers: We use third-party service providers for payment processing (Razorpay, PayPal), cloud hosting, and email delivery. These providers only have access to the information necessary to perform their functions.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

4. Data Security

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. This includes using encryption for data in transit (SSL), hashing passwords, and restricting access to personal information to authorized personnel only. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

You have control over your personal information.

Access and Update: You can access and update your profile information at any time through your account settings.
Notifications: You can manage your email and push notification preferences in your settings.
Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account at any time from your account settings page. This action is irreversible. Upon deletion, we will immediately and permanently erase your personal profile data, including your name, contact information, profile picture, bio, work history, and education. Content you created, such as job postings or applications you submitted, will also be deleted. For legal and financial reporting purposes, we will retain an anonymized record of any transactions you have made. We may also retain non-identifiable, aggregated usage data for analytics.
