Welcome to Niro! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Niro website, apps, and other products and services ("Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modification shall be effective upon posting on our website.

2. Description of Service

Niro provides a platform for medical professionals ("Doctors") to create profiles, showcase their skills, and find job opportunities. It also allows hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare businesses ("Employers") to post job listings and find qualified medical talent. Niro facilitates these connections but is not a party to any direct agreement or transaction between Doctors and Employers. We are not an employment agency. We are a neutral marketplace. Niro does not employ any Doctors, nor do we have any control over the hiring decisions, salary negotiations, or working conditions, which are the sole responsibility of the Employers and Doctors.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To access our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to:

Provide any false or misleading information in your profile or job postings.
Create an account for anyone other than yourself or your legitimate business.
Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Harass, abuse, or harm another person or user.
Post content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

4. Employer-Specific Terms

As an Employer, you must purchase a plan to post jobs and view full doctor profiles. You agree to use the platform for the sole purpose of finding candidates for legitimate job openings. You are responsible for your own hiring decisions and for complying with all applicable employment laws. Plans are one-time purchases for a specified duration and are non-refundable.

5. Doctor-Specific Terms

As a Doctor, you understand that your profile will be visible to registered Employers. While a basic profile is free, you may purchase a "Doctor Pro" plan to enhance your visibility and unlock premium features. Niro does not guarantee job placement or any specific employment outcomes.

6. Content Ownership and License

You retain all ownership rights to the content you post on Niro (such as your profile picture, bio, and job descriptions). However, by posting content, you grant Niro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content as necessary to provide and promote the Service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Niro makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of any user-provided content, the availability of the service, or the outcome of any hiring process. We do not perform background checks on users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Termination and Account Deletion

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach the Terms. You may also terminate your own account at any time from your account settings page. This action is final and irreversible. Upon termination initiated by either party, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we will proceed with the permanent deletion of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
